it says its house wide, can't find terms and conditions, but what I can read from that little text on promotion down there, its only Online and not valid for click collect, but the code doesn't work on some items I tried, but it was working on this just for an example.

    Is it me or is House almost always on sale (either a sale sale, relocation, closing sale etc) , like you'd be crazy to pay full price for anything in that place?

      hahaha, i was just talking about this , they been on closing down sale from last 5 years atleast. my both closest shops Cranbourne and fountain gate one's with big banners.

      I'm certain that it's impossible to pay full price in that place. I've never seen a time when they haven't had a sale.

      Pretty much but there is occasionally some good deals there, for instance those little Santoku knives they sell for $9.95 are good value at that price, just not at the $24.95 they're normally at.

      Not Baccarat

      Global is the go to

      Admittedly for $134 it's not too bad.
      The Baccarats have softer steel so are easier to sharpen/hone although lose their edge easier than others.

      One exception I'd add is their id3 cast aluminium roasting pan - lightweight, fits a whole bunch, and works well if you stick a layer of aluminium foil between the base and lid as a gasket for slow cooking

      I just got some Baccarat tri-ply pans, and haven't used them yet. They were getting very good reviews online though, so I think it might just be their knives that cop a lot of criticism.
