    After ordering it came up "25% off EVERYTHING!" - I thought WOW>>> I'll order a 5950x then,
    it came up $25 off, not 25% off… yeah. that is only 2.5% guys..

    I happen to know they have one of these left… because it got posted to my house and after the postie took it away again saying "could not be delivered" they handed me one in person…

    It has now arrived… so I have two…

    I will be returning the still boxed one shortly unless anyone wants to buy it off me at cost, and I'll just pay TT for it.

      Yeah, I'm glad to have paid $ 680 on one. At least I got it a day or 2 after ordering it.
      Would you consider just canceling the order and getting a refund? It's like these guys are taking the piss at the customer, at this stage (unless you were informed that it'd take weeks for them to ship).

        They used to be responsive when I first messaged them.
        But I've since tried calling (admittedly an employee directly rather than their 1800 number) but haven't heard anything.
        Sent them another email today so will wait for a response.
        Obviously prefer to resolve it in good faith (either getting it delivered or getting a refund), before initiating a chargeback.

      Update: they've shipped another CPU and will (hopefully) arrive shortly 🎉 seems as if the shipping company f'ed up

        I'm facing some dramas with BPC Tech and delays in even shipping the product, but will wait until next week to raise hell again (so far, we're dealing with 1 week delay in shipping).

          I suggest calling them.

          I had same issue with BPC Tech. I bought SSD and had to follow up because was not shipped.

          Ordered 20/2/22, still not shipped on 28/2/22 so called them and they were "waiting on stock form the their warehouse" which arrived on 1/3/22, shipping info received by Australia Post 2/3/22. Likely will be delivered today according to tracking.

            @Mulga Bill: Already called twice. Was told they were waiting for arrival from the warehouse and it would be shipped last week.
            So far, still in processing status, so I guess I'll have to chase them again today.

            Seems like they're overpromising and underdelivering on those delivery/availability times.
