According to people who went to the Wintergarden opening a few weeks ago, the lines looked huge but only took about 10-15 minutes to get through.
I can tell you it will take about 10 minutes. Don't be discouraged with the long line, service is fast. We went there lunch time and then had afternoon food also.
Agree. I went late arvo to the Wintergarden one and service took 10-15min only.
They're Mexi-CANs, not Mexi-CAN'Ts ;-)
OK, I was just there. They have 2 queues merging, one coming from Elizabeth street and the other from Charlotte street. The place is smaller than the Wintergarden branch. As we were there at 11am and started half way between charlotte street and Guzman, it took us 15 minutes. My friend who started the queue way up from Charlotte street told me that it took her 35 minutes. Just for people to consider if they are thinking of going there.
I got there around 11:30am and didn't get to order until 40min later.
Concur with naira that there are two lines merging from both sides of the store which slows down movement until you actually get into the store.
Still worth it… quite lively with the mexican singers, etc.
I was going to wait in line but it was massive >.< I might go after work lol
Line ended up being about 40 minutes.
Current wait time is around 35 mins, from 1:20pm.
I wonder how many in the line are ozbargainers.Hah there are guys doing laps, chewing down on a burrito as they queue up again… Ahh if only I had more time.
40 minute wait for me. Lines are quite a bit shorter now though.
Definitely worth the wait!
expect 2 hour lines
