On sale is the original Lenovo Tab P11 Android tablet that came before the popular P11 Pro and Plus tablets. This one is an excellent budget tablet and currently sells for A$399 at JB Hi-Fi. The main difference is that the JB model has double the storage and a Lenovo Precision Pen included.

Featuring Android 10 (Android 11 via OTA), 11" 2K 2000x1200 IPS 400nits display, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage (expandable), Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 CPU with Adreno 610 GPU, 7700mAh battery with QC 3.0 fast charging, 4 speakers with Dolby Atmos, 8MP front camera, 13MP rear camera, WiFi 5, BT 5.1, GPS, Pogo Pins for keyboard case, USB-C and PC mode.

The tablet has Widevine L1 DRM so Netflix will play in FHD. However you must sideload the Netflix apk manually ontop of the preinstalled app for it to play in FHD correctly.

      im waiting for the p11pro to become a little cheaper from Social Good app (100% crypto back - too good to resist). currently cheapest there is $410 whilst without SG $370.
      like pro because fingerprint scanner and much better processor so hopefully can last for 2-3 years

    Anybody get it yet? Delivery was estimated as tomorrow, Banggood marked it as shipped Jan 28th but courier, UPS, say they don't have it even yet.

      Banggood tell me they shipped it, by their definition, on Jan 29th but it is still in their warehouse awaiting collection by the courier at the moment…perhaps Lunar New Year has gotten in the way if anybody else is waiting too.

    Really key question here. It is installed with Global ROM. I can assume these devices are not google certified (certain apps may not run), have issues using streaming services (Netflix) and cannot receive OTA updates?

    I am looking to buy one of these tablets and can either go for a GLOBAL ROM version or buy direct from Taobao and receive the stock Chinese ROM. My key question is, can I still use google play services as a lot of my current apps must be connected to google play to actually run.

    I still don't get why sellers are selling a GLOBAL ROM instead of the stock Chinese rom. Is it a regional locked issue?

      Issues with google widevine when running global rom aparrently.

      Still don't understand why netflix restrict access to higher res content on any device when they make money on subscription anyway. Does not make sense.
