Hardly. The fluffy head is obviously better, but the regular head will clean hard floors fine.
In my experience it doesn’t. Have both, the regular head scratches the wood, and spits out half the dust and fluff into the air, even on low setting. YMMV
I bought one of these copy fluffy heads from https://www.amazon.com.au/s?k=Soft+Roller+Head+Compatible+wi… for $40 and it seems to work ok has bright LED lights on the front.
That's a bummer.
I have the V15, not the V10. I've tried both heads on my vinyl plank floors and both are good (fluffy a bit better). No scratching but not real wood.
$7 cheaper than their online store? Doesn't really seem like a bargain.
