Great tire. Not as fast rolling as the 5000s but the best all rounder tire you can get. Good price as well, I paid $75 last year.

Why are bike tyres so expensive?
You can buy car tyres for that price, which meet standards and last for years.

I know you can buy cheaper bike tyres, but they are usually rubbish, that punctures easily, and wears out in a few thousand km.

  supply and demand… more demand and more supply for car tyres vs bike tyres, also there's more manufacturers in the car tyre industry.
  
  maybe cost of labour i.e. 1 person can make 1 car tyre at the same rate as bike tyre
