How does this compare to Samsung S7 FE?

    • +3

It's not meant to compete with S7 FE, more like competing with A7. Same SoC as S7, just more RAM and storage with pen support.

    4GB RAM seems limiting

  • Should be able to price beat this at Officeworks and pay $322

  • Cannot stream prime video in FHD

      Why?

  • Does anyone know if this or the Lenovo Duet Chromebook would be better to draw on / take notes? Really out of my comfort zone with android tablets

I would probably look at what you want to do with the stylus and the apps that follow it.

Here is a review from an artist that I follow (because he uses cool tools) on this tablet and the stylus. As someone who uses a stylus on a tablet for notees, I personally find palm rejection and input delays to be important. Inadequate palm rejections lead to accidental page scrolling and input delay can get bit annoying (feels too clunky) especially if you want to take notes really quickly and have to erase things and do things with the note in short period of time. At least that was from my experience.

Something that I will mention that I think the reviewer doesn't mention (he may have, I skimmed through the review), I did read from few people online that apps matter a lot in terms of pen performance as well? I don't know how much water that holds but I will say that make sure you do your research since app selection might be worse than iPad for drawing and notetaking (on Android and Chromebook).
