I've owned this combo for 2 years. First one leaked so was replaced after a week. Second one hasn't missed a beat and used at least once a day every day (more often twice a day!). I love mine!

My experience with 3xCamel is different - it is very slow. By the time I get notification from 3xCamel the item is either sold out or a lot of people who is getting the same notification is finishing the rest of stock in seconds.

wjojff: It was very good deal if you looking for a new capable coffee machine and grinder at reasonable price. You can't compare Bambino plus to double boiler, two completely different machines. Its like comparing 4x4 car to small sedan car. But not everyone need 4x4, so depend on your need and use.

From capabilities and features point of view, I would think Breville BDB is like 4x4 (Double Boiler machine). Having said that, there are Landcruiser quality built 4x4 (Italian double Boilers) and there are Haval quality 4x4 Breville BDB :)

love the separate grinder. i find even tho its technically more to clean, its easier to clean - because the dry grinds that inevitably spill can be kept away from the wet machine. tho havent had a integrated grinder machine so cant compare, had a delonghi full auto machine which probably set me up for the 'wanting to keep excess grinds away from water' thing because of how annoying it was to clean
