    If there are payment issue then the card probably has ran out. I got an eBay 5 mins ago though.

    For the card charge even if the order failed, they will revert.

    I think this might be a specific Woolworths GC issue. Paid with Apple Pay and payment went through but error message and no email. Just got an eBay GC and paid with PayPal and order went through and emails came through instantly.

    I placed two orders via PayPal on the Prezzee desktop website and logged into my Prezzee account 40 minutes ago.

    • eBay gift card: placed successfully, gift cards arrived within seconds via email.

    • Woolworths gift card: I got an error on the website and no emails from Prezzee after placing the order, but PayPal was still charged $50. I used the Prezzee website to send a message with the Order ID and my email address five minutes ago, and I just received both the Woolworths Store eGift Card and the Woolworths Bonus Store eGift Card via email.

    For those who are wondering:

    • The Woolworths Store eGift Card starts with 628000 711, so it will only work at Woolworths.
    • The Woolworths Bonus Store eGift Card starts with 628000 833, so it will only work at Woolworths, plus it expires in three months.

      The Woolworths Bonus Store eGift Card starts with 628000 833, so it will only work at Woolworths, plus it expires in three months.

      The $5 bonus is a Wish gift card, so it will work at other Woolworths group stores.

        How do you know it is actually a WISH gift card? Did you actually try using at BIG W (etc), or did you just added it to the Woolworths Money app?

        A lot of people purchased a $50 Dan Murphy’s eGift Card from Prezzee last year and received a $5 Dan Murphy’s Bonus Store eGift Card. The Dan Murphy’s Bonus Store eGift Card gift card numbers started with 628000 832, and (if you check the comments from that Prezzee deal) people found they could not redeem it at Woolworths, EG / Caltex Woolworths, etc.

        Just because it says in the Woolworths Money app that it is a Woolworths Money app does not mean it actually is a WISH gift card.

            There’s actually 15 different gift cards that start with 628000 8xx that appear as WISH eGift Cards in the Woolworths Money app, but based on last year’s Dan Murphy’s deal and this year’s Woolworths deal, I suspect all gift card numbers starting with 628000 8x are actually Bonus Store eGift Cards, not WISH eGift Cards.

            I think it’s quite sloppy that Woolworths Group still has Bonus Store eGift Cards appear as WISH eGift Cards, so I don’t blame you for thinking that it was a WISH eGift Card!
