Users should always buy direct from the manufacturer. 3rd party shops no matter who they're isn't safe.
Seen some really bad reviews lately on amazon.
I bought it two weeks ago from amazon for $87. it came in a sealed box and I had to connect it to the Ledger Live application to setup and receive the 16 words recovery password from the Ledger application.
I am not happy with the purchase,unfortunately I can't return it because I opened the box.
It has 144Kb internal memory and each unrelated currency take around 45Kb because you need to install the app for every currency, so if you install BTC and ETH, then there is not enough room for SOL.

yep space is crap even back when I bought mine in 2017/2018
It's a bit annoying that's for sure. But you can uninstall and reinstall apps whenever you want, the underlying keys remain in the hardware, you won't lose the wallet if you uninstall.
Still a pain though to uninstall one wallet to install another to get access to that wallet.

This fits better as a back up. Especially if you prefer to keep it in your friends house or in a bank safe.
- No battery leak issues.
- Better than cold wallet as it can be secure with a pin which will reset the device in 3 attempts.

I think you've missed the black friday deal though.
You can hold wBTC instead of BTC on Polygon network, you can also hold Solana on Polygon, you can hold a large amount of big name coins on Polygon, which will just use one 45KB.
You can also combine the use with passphrase and 2nd pin code, which gives you a new set of accounts outside the default one.
This way you have 3+3
I think you can use unlimited passphrase , so the coins you can hold can be unlimited like 3+3+3+3+3+3…
