Introduction
Information on how to access 1000 MYER one Bonus Credits during the MYER one VIP Christmas Event when you spend $150 or more in-store or online at myer.com.au ("Offer") forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Offer, participants ("you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Visa AP (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 20 134 885 564) ("Visa") only offers access to the Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, Visa does not offer or supply the Offer.
Participation in the Offer is only open to residents of Australia who are:
aged 18 years or over;
Visa cardholders with a registered Visa Offers + Perks account; and
MYER one members.
The Offer commences in-store at 6pm on 16 November 2021 and ends at 10pm on 16 November 2021 ("In-Store Offer Period"). The Offer commences online at 12:01am on 17 November 2021 and ends at 11:59pm on 17 November 2021 ("Online Offer Period"). All times are AEDT, as applicable in New South Wales, Australia. There will be no extensions of the In-Store Offer Period or Online Offer Period.
How to Participate
In order to access the Offer in-store, you will need to complete the following steps during the In-Store Offer Period:
Visit one of the 25 participating MYER stores listed below:
Adelaide City, Brisbane City, Cairns, Canberra City, Carindale, Chadstone, Chatswood, Chermside, Doncaster, Fountain Gate, Garden City, Geelong, Highpoint, Hobart City, Karrinyup, Maroochydore, Melbourne City, Miranda, Morley, Pacific Fair, Parramatta, Perth City, Southland, Sydney and Townsville
Select products with a combined value of at least $150 – Value is calculated after savings and discounts; and
Scan your MYER one card and pay with your Visa card at the checkout to receive 1000 MYER one Bonus Credits.
In order to access the Offer online, you will need to complete the following steps during the Online Offer Period:
Visit myer.com.au;
Add products with a combined value of at least $150 - Value is calculated after savings and discounts-to your online shopping cart;
Enter your MYER one card details or link your MYER one membership to your online MYER account; and
Pay with your Visa card at the checkout to receive 1000 MYER one Bonus Credits.
You may also access the Offer by making multiple purchases in-store and/or online with a combined value of at least $150. All in-store purchases must be made during the In-Store Offer Period and in accordance with sub-paragraphs 5(a) and (c), and all online purchases must be made during the Online Offer Period and in accordance with sub-paragraphs 6(a), (c) and (d).
General
The Offer is not available with any other discount offer.
Offer may only be redeemed once per MYER one member.
If you successfully redeem the Offer, 1000 MYER one Bonus Credits will be credited to your MYER one account by 30 days after promotion ends .
Where qualifying transactions are refunded, Bonus Credits may not be rewarded.
1000 MYER one Bonus Credits has a total RRP value of $10.

Offer is non transferrable
The Offer is offered and supplied by MYER ("Offer Supplier"). Any service, processing and delivery fees are determined by the Offer Supplier. The Offer is subject to the Offer Supplier's terms and conditions, and may require you to register an account with the Offer Supplier. The Offer Supplier is solely responsible for redemption and fulfilment of the Offer. Use of the Offer will also be subject to the Offer Supplier's terms and conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, Visa excludes all representations and warranties in respect of the Offer, and Visa will not be responsible for, and excludes all liability for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
the content or accessibility of the Offer Supplier’s website;
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Visa's control);
any third party interference with the conduct of the Offer.
Visa reserves the right, in its discretion, to change, suspend or cancel the Offer at any time without notice to you, subject to any written directions from a relevant Australian regulatory authority.
The laws of New South Wales, Australia apply to the Offer to the exclusion of any other law. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
