ASUS Radeon RX 6600 Dual 8GB Graphics Card $699 + Delivery ($0 to Selected Areas/ WA & VIC C&C) @ PLE

100

I know I know, MSRP and all that but this is the cheapest available in the market with free delivery option to selected locations.

1.3% cashreward and no credit card surcharge.

A reputable retailer and reputable brand.

Price aside, RX 6600 is an efficient and decent 1080P graphics card, low power requirement, and good for a mid-range gaming rig. (since ray tracing is fairly pointless at this level, I am willing to give AMD a go)

It performs better than 2060s and cheaper and lower power consumption.

You decide.

  • If you must buy a new graphics card at a super low 132W power usage.. this is the card for you.
I'm waiting until mid next year

      • Hodl and proud of it ;)

if you can hold for more than 6 months, the real question is

      Do you really need it?

      No need no buy, simple.

      • That's what hold means. Not needing it urgently, so no need to buy now. However if by any chance suddenly there are deals on GPU at MSRP, then we will buy.

Thanks op, pulled the trigger, can't wait for chip factories ramp up production

  • Comes up $799.00 for me?

    • oops I guess it finished

    • Yep, they pushed it up now, the closest one (price wise) they have is the MSI 6600 armor sitting at about $729

scorptec and pccasegear both have the 6600 XT for $799 probably better deal

powercolor fighter is quite a bit lower than asus dual, Ive seen them in real life big difference

But you are right if we only talking about performance per dollar.

6600xt is better and a bit more future approved.

  • I have noticed a few times now cards are priced lower and then suddenly the price shoots up, all the while still being in stock. Is this just stores incorrectly pricing the product (or forgetting to add market value) and then finding out when they start getting heaps of orders??

    • If it sells fast the price goes up fast

It's possibly related to the price they pay for specific batches of stock. New batches may be cheaper, and then they fall back to older batches that they paid more for?

Just guessing however. Never run a shop lol.

        • That’s a fair point, I reckon you might be right

In this case, it looked like the price went up when the VIC warehouse went out of stock.
