    Be careful with the WiFi ones. I have them and tried everything to connect. We are on Apple devises. Read every forum, watched you tube videos, contacted Telstra to make sure we were on 2.4ghz, contacted JESLED who just said it’s for 2.4ghz and if it doesn’t work contact us via Amazon backend, which doesn’t seem to exist. In the end Amazon had to offer us a refund. Not a ‘simple’ connect via the ap and off you go.

      Detailed Description of WiFi Connection Process
      If the wifi strip light is not turned on after the power is initially connected, you need to use the remote control to turn on the light strip.

      Step one: Search "Tuya Smart" in Google Play Store for Android/Apple Store for iOS, then install it.Or, Scan the QR code in the manual and download it. And then Open the Tuya Smart, Click "Add Device", or "+" sign in the upper right corner.

      Step two: Choose "Lighting" and then "Lighting(Wi Fi)" or "Strip Lights(Wi Fi)". And, please Turn on Bluetooth.

      Step three: Make sure your WiFi is 2.4GHz, then enter the WiFi password and confirm. Please ensure that the wifi signal is strong. If ok, please connect as close to the router as possible.

      Step four: The most important step is to perform the following operations on your power switch: ON/OFF/ON/OFF/ON. Until you see the light blinks rapidly. Until you see the light blinks rapidly. (Note: Please use the switch on the power socket instead of using the switch on the remote. Or plug and unplug the power adapter into the power socket)And then Click "Conform indicator rapidly blink".

      If the off/on operation does not flash after 3 times, please operate off/on more times until the light strip flashes. After each off/on, please give the light bar 1 ~ 2 second to react.

      Step five: Please be patient and wait for the connection, this is related to your WiFi signal strength. Please keep the phone as close as possible to the adapter to avoid interference.

      Step six: After you successfully connect, you could enjoy a smart life.

      Step seven: After the connection fails, please don't be discouraged. This is related to the strength of your wifi signal. You could try to connect to the mobile phone hotspot and then connect to wifi, the signal of the mobile phone hotspot is much stronger than wifi. Based on the first connection, the second connection will be much smoother.

    Yes, we contacted Jesled via Amazon and was just told it works on 2.4ghz only, which we are on, or contact them via Amazon which doesn’t exist, so didn’t help much.

      Hey, buddy, I consulted the brand after-sales customer service for the connection method, and commented below, you can refer to it.
      You can also find their instructional video to connect to the WIFI light bar. If the connection has been unsuccessful, the brand after-sales customer service can reissue a new light bar for you to try.

      Both the 5m bluetooth light strip and the 6m IR light strip are equipped with adapters, and only the 3m TV light strip is powered by USB.
