i wonder how much diff this compare to 2021 MBP 14 M1pro, in terms of photo editing, lightroom capture one, photoshop stuff. or is it more up to how adobe optimse their software.
Double the RAM and a much better GPU should equal much better performance.. as it should for the price

Adobe has most of the suite onto M1 optimised now I think, I don't really use Adobe anymore, I switched to Davinci Resolve and Affinity suite. Subscription payments suck.
FWIW I use this exact model and it's amazing. So powerful and fanless… it's literally silent at all times. I did perform the heatsink modification which is not permanent and increases the cooling performance if you are pushing things crazy hard.
