you might get a better answer if you ask Kitchen Cupboard the question via the store? All I can tell you is we use some of these at home, as well as other stainless steel ones, and they work fine, no hard scrubbing unless you burn something on badly - which is your fault really!
We also use some anolon and jamie oliver non stick frypans etc which are an anodized type as opposed to teflon coated - heaps better, rock hard and cant be scratchedYeah I use non-stick frying pans at home because it's easy to clean. I too thought stainless steel will stick or at least it'll be harder to clean than the non-stick ones.
But then again all the chef on TV all use stainless steel pans. I think maybe it cooks quicker and to normal people that means burnt food and hard to clean pans, but for people who know what they are doing, stainless steel pans are better.
ive worked as a chef in the UK and several places around Australia and Ive never seen a non-stick pan in any kitchen Ive worked in! then again, cooking on professional gear is so much easier than on domestic stuff, not sure why. Im a hopeless cook at home…
What's the attraction of cooking with stainless steel pots and pans?
Doesn't food stick to it because there is no non-stick surface?
It would be a real chore to scrub them clean afterwards, wouldn't it?
