  I have a powerboard with these connections. Annoying to use. I would never install these as a perm fixture, just use the plastic plugs on open outlets.

  The only benefit I can see with this is if kids unplug a device they then have access to the powerpoint. None of my kids have done that.

    I second this. Also have this on one of my power boards. Over time the springs (that keep the cover rotated) have gone so now the cover plates just spin around making it extra annoying when attempting to line up the holes.

  These GPOs are fine, but I paid $8ea back in January through a different eBay seller who promoted on here. $8 delivery for my pack of 5, so $10ea delivered.

  I installed these for every powerpoint in my house when we renovated.

  My 2 year old loved unplugging and plugging in devices, this solved the problem over night :)
