    Your rate is comparable to Wise if I send British pounds. However, if I send it to Nepal, your exchange rate is 78.0050 whereas Wise Exchange rate is 90.3358. Why is that?

    Don’t use them. You transfer small amount, is fine, arrive in 10 mins. Yet if you do $2999, it’s gonna take you few days to wait for the fund to be cleared or contact support using WeChat.

    Use Wise.

    And they don’t post their ABN or business address or anything like that at website or direct contact number even. And they’re actually working in Hangzhou, China.
