  • Will you offer a VPS backup service later? If so, when do you expect to offer it and how much do you plan on charging for it?

      Hi mate,

We're looking into backup solutions for our customers. Unfortunately we don't have an approximate fee for the backup service but when it's closer to being commissioned, we'll let all of our clients know.

      Cheers,
      QC

  • Is there any other "always free" Cloud VM provider available besides Oracle?

  • How does an existing client add this code to their already existing server?

    • Hi Mujaji,

Unfortunately this promotion is for new services only. If you order a new server under your account then you can apply the promotion code.

  • Are the CPU cores shared? Is there a CPU usage limit?

    • +1

      Hi mate,

You have the ability to use a full CPU core for each vCPU core that you have.

They are shared cores though but we don't overload our servers so if you require a full CPU core vs vCPU core then you'll probably be able to get it :)

      Cheers,
      QC
