  I purchased one several weeks ago. I cant get it to work. The dvr I have is a Annke n44su. POE dvr. I swap it back to original camera and away it goes. This one, not a light, nothing.

    It looks like your NVR may only be 1080p (2mp) so it may not like the 4mp camera..

    Maybe try powering up the camera with a 12v plug-pack and then connect it to your router/PC, try to login via chrome or a PC based camera app like ONVIF Device Manager or the likes…
