At the moment Harvey Norman has a sale for 5"x7" photo prints.
They are at the same price as 4"x6" ones, e.g. 12 cents.
Normal price I reckon is 35 cents, so it is a 66% discount.
The offer is valid until 18th March 2012.
PS as per some earlier feedback at ozbargain, HN has better quality prints than OW and BigW.
I disagree with the quality of their prints… the last batch I had were awful to ordinary - particularly the skin tones… extremely disappointed with them. The digital originals were high quality DSLR images. The prints look like they were printed on an old inkjet from photos taken on a Sony Mavica floppy disc camera. I won't be using them again.
They use Fuji the same as BigW. Same software login as well. I have found that even if you use same retailer or change, print quality changes all the time. One set of photos from BigW were great and I ordered exactly the same prints again for a relative, but the second prints were awful quality.

K Mart, Big W etc. This price is a bargain. Will be sending off 100 photos for printing!
