I have the Xiaomi and it's certainly good. The Baseus A3 does have a higher 15000Pa (13000Pa in Xiaomi) suction but the RPM is 80000 in the Baseus A3 and 88000 in the Xiaomi.
Rpm is probably less useful than pressure here, so the baseus is the better option I’d say.

Depends on the vacuum cleaner. A Dyson V11 Torque for example is 28,000 Pa. That obviously has a completely different use case scenario to these and a Dyson costs a lot more.
