You sold it for $12.50 before, cheapest I could find within a google search was scorptec for $17 https://www.scorptec.com.au/product/cooling/thermal-paste/35…

It was $14.95 yesterday on the same store as per Honey

    Hi,

That $12.50 bargain offer was for local pick-up in Brisbane for limited time.

    Thanks :)

Anyone else having Amazon still add shipping costs to prime orders? This comes up as $5.99 shipping

    • +1

I'm also having shipping costs added despite being prime - $11.98 for me

    • same

    • Hi,

Sorry can't do much about that. This must be something to do with Amazon's system. Its a regular FBA item so the shipping costs must be as per Amazon AU Prime shipping policy.

      Thanks

      • That's interesting because it actually says "FREE delivery: Tuesday, 5 Oct" on the page but when clicking to checkout it adds shipping!

Yes sounds strange…Prime members should get free delivery as per Amazon's policy….maybe try again tomorrow and see how it goes…or can talk to Amazon customer support.

        • Usually when it does that you have to manually switch from the expedited delivery option to the standard free delivery.

          • @Void: The only two choices are
            Choose your Prime delivery option:
$12.99 Express Delivery get it Tomorrow, between 6pm - 9pm
$5.99 Delivery : get it by Monday, Oct 4

            • @dntfkwthunicrns: This is when a person doesn't have prime membership. Please check if you Prime membership is active or you have logged in from the correct Amazon account.

              Thanks :)

              • @pepnimble: There's something wrong with the listing, never seen this happen before.

I get one option for delivery:

                Choose your Prime delivery option:

$7.99 Delivery : get it by Sunday, Oct 3

And yes, my Prime is active.

              • @pepnimble: I definitely do have prime, just made other purchases earlier with the correct prime delivery.

@dntfkwthunicrns: Just spoke to Amazon chat who removed the shipping fee from my order as a "technical issue", so it should be, but isn't, free shipping by default.

                  • @Kramo: Yes…looks like there is a technical issue with Amazon's system. I have also lodged a case with Amazon's seller support.

                    Thanks :)

                  • @Kramo: thanks!

did the same, they waived the shipping fee also

                    cheers!

                    • @dntfkwthunicrns: In theory you could try get cheaper same day shipping (next day now I suppose). Since that's $9.99 for prime and $12.99 listed, if they refund you $5.99 you just paid $6.99 for same day.

But easier to just get it shipped (although from 5 Oct, it immediately said expected 15 Oct after ordering).

  • If any Amazon Prime member is having this issue of shipping fee added to the cart when ordering this item, which is actually eligible for free shipping for prime members as is FBA item, the Amazon support team has given me the following advice in response to the support case I lodged earlier today.

Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,

I understand that you have contacted us regarding the shipping charges for prime members,

In this regard, kindly note that I would advise to ask the buyer to contact Amazon customer care with a screenshot for further assistance.

    Kind Regards
