  • MSY has a SanDisk Micro SDHC 32GB for $41 pickup.

However I am not sure what class it is in.

    Are these genuine Sandisk?

    • +3

      No they are Samsung.

  • They're selling 16GB Sandisk micro SD for $20 and thats a Class 2 !
So the 32GB you refer to would be a Class 4 at most.

  • Warranty on the Samsung packaging states 5Yr warranty.. Which one is it?

    • +1

It's was typo. It's revised as 5 Years warranty.
      Thanks

      • Purchased one for my Galaxy Tab 7.7 3G… this is my first shopping square experience.. hopefully it will be good

  • Tossing up between this and http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/63431

Don't mind waiting for delivery on the one from MyMemory. Any reason I should go this Samsung over the Lexar? Cheers.

    • Read posts from last deal: http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/64646

      • Thanks, read that earlier, but doesn't really matter to me. The Lexar will be fast enough for what I need it for.

Anything other reasons? Life of the cards, reliability? Don't really know what else there is, honestly. At this point, it's the Lexar, simply because it's $8 cheaper.

  • I remember that the reviews on Amazon re the Lexar were variable with a number of card failures reported. As for the new Samsung range - too new to judge. As with all electronics, flash memory has reliability issues. Never become complacent about backing up data.

    • Hmm, thanks for your help Tas :)

Maybe I'll just wait a little longer, can't use it in my SGSII at the moment anyway (damn reboots). You've put me off the Lexar Tas!
