      Customs have been known to confiscate games that have been refused classification on occasion, and fine the person trying to import it. I don't know how often it actually happens, but it's still worth mentioning.

    No, you're fine. The only reason 'A Serbian Film' is an issue is because it was refused classification (i.e. banned) in Australia.
