    Try turning down the max fan rpm or adjust the curve, the sink is so large I find that the fan speed doesn't hugely effect the cpu temp - I can't even hear mine under usual operation.

  I used this on a 3700x and then a 10900. Very very good value for money.

      The 3700x maxxed out at 60c.
      Ive got P1 on the 10900 set to 95w and it rips at 4.9ghz all core and tops at 70c.

    I was Skeptical that a $30 cooler would do anything special,

    I have R5 3600 , RX 580, B550 Matx, in a TT S100 matx case
    All fans set on max
    Idle, dependent on ambient temps- but avg. 35c
    Skyrim SE Maxed out with 2k and 4 k Textures 75c

    Now 30 Idle ( its a bit cooler here atm)
    30min on Skyrim 54 deg c

    blown away Highly recommend

    Fan is good - cant here it over the others
    I got it from Umart
