If you undervolt, power limit and frame cap it will definitely use less power overall with minimal to no difference in 1% lows

You can run the 9070 XT on a decent quality 500w PSU, especially if you cap FPS and undervolt.

I find Decos to be pretty problematic personally. Not a fan of having to manage everything through a phone either.

Probably because you're using 2x2 devices on an 80mhz channel. 4x4 and 160mhz will blow right past that
