"Unfortunately your selections have resulted in no available offers. This could be due to Move-In date selected, offer type, fuel type or retailers terms. You can always go back and change your selection or give us a call on 1800013000 to further assist you."

And I dislike that I just can't see the rates unless I put down some contact details.

  • How can I display prices anonymously?

        Not good

You don't need to hide the rates if they are good.

Easy. Just makeup fake email and fake mobile number

Never received the signup credit as promised for my using your link when I joined new gas account. Sent an email , but no reply from Econnex. Not happy at all.

    • Hi Sivarythm, I am sorry about that - which offer did you take up?

Only 200 bucks ? Give us 500 , will consider it

I used to work for SE. Their lack of interest in speedy resolution of major repetitive billing issues affecting thousands of customers was insane to deal with. They are an incredibly backwards retailer who do very little to provide a good user experience, instead investing what little money they do invest in the company, into bad marketing campaigns. I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to sign up with them.

I just did a comparison. The rates are not cheap. The daily supply charge is 30 cents higher than what I pay now. Multiply that by 365 - there's your hundred dollar gift card plus some.

Then say 4000 kiloWatts a year paying 3 cents more per kWatt .

What is annoying is that a lot of the energy retailers are simply accountancy firms .

They buy at wholesale rates which can be as low as 6 cents a kilowatt hour and sometimes charge as much as 38 cents.

It pays to check every couple of months. It may only seem like pennies but a simple check can save you $500 a year.

Also there is no such thing as "loyalty" when you are dealing with corporations.

The above post can only be described as an 'epic fail', for various reasons.

My suggestion is to have a look at ‘PowerShop’:

I’ve been with them for years now. They’re ‘100% renewable’ yet not more expensive than mobs that aren’t, their online systems work well, and I like their email billing system/attention to detail in those emailed bills.
