            You can see what the category is by looking at this on desktop.

      Both are fine, for some merchant's website cashback eligible on website only like e.g. banggood, tyroola etc. cashback is not eligible on app.

      But most merchants will be website or app

      Correct, you'll see the challenge status update shortly after your purchase tracks.

      If the purchase is ineligible then the challenge won't have an updated messaging.
      It'll say something along the lines of "Campaign Ended"

          The bonus will be credited under the 'Cashback Overview' section once your order cashback turns "Approved"
          So as you purchased from Amazon, you'll get the $2 bonus in 120 days once the Cashback is cleared :)

      Inclusive of GST.
      You'll notice the "$ to go" value is $4.54, as we've subtracted GST from it to count orders that are exactly $5.

    I completed an order using the upsized cash back at the iconic ($150+, free shipping). Instead of receiving a $25 tracking, I received 6x$3.97 tracking. There are two issues:

    1. The tracking amount is incorrect.
    2. This affected my eligibility in participating in the “challenges” in the app as they require the purchase of $150 in a single transaction.

    Why is there always a problem when I use ShopBack?
