Yes I have… I was one of the few who got entangled in their "Sale" scheme.
I'd love to buy it, but DWI blacklisted me because I dared to stand up for my rights.
I've never been blacklisted by a store before, but then, I've never had to get Fair Trading involved before, in what should have been a simple transaction.
This goes well beyond what shopping square did with their SGS2 deal. If nobody stands up, they will just keep getting worse and worse. DWI currently have the record, but for how long?
blacklisted? nice! i once got blacklisted by a pub because i got beat up by a random meth-head who thought i was someone else (and he happened to be friends with the owner). and once by a cafe because i sat around talking to my girlfriend after finishing our coffees. both places later apologised and said I was allowed to return, not quite understanding that just because they'll 'let' me doesn't mean I would have any inclination to whatsoever so they can go and get stuffed. So I can totally see why you're none to keen on DWI.
$500 is all its worth delivered….when it gets to that price I buy 2x

I reckon Nexus is not as popular as Samsung had hoped, due to 16GB memory limitation, hence all the "cheap" deals lately. Same goes for HTC Sensation XL. Galaxy S2 price has not dropped much at all and it has been out for a year+.

Good price. But yeah, be aware some people haven't liked DWI's shipping alacrity nor customer service when things go wrong. But plenty of people speak of things going well, and thus not having a problem.
