Thought I'd do a check and the S21 Ultra is $1,548 outright at Telstra.
Buying from the Samsung store normally it's $1,849, so correct me if I'm wrong but that $250 discount is kind of smoke and mirrors.
I bought an S20 FE a few months back for $600. So with the $100 loyalty voucher, $240 trade value & $450 bonus that's $790 off of the $1,599 S21 Ultra from the Samsung store.
That gives me another $809 to pay, so in the end, I spent $1,409. Going through all the hoops when it's $1,548 at Telstra, I don't think it's worth it when I think about it.
I'll keep my S20 FE. Maybe if the $250 discount was also applied for the S21 and S21+ I would've pulled the trigger.
The $1548 at telstra is only if you take out a $40 min per month plan.
Best to get the 50 off for signing up. The 100 from the online chat and use SPEN to get the silicon cover and spen included.

i got the ODS by sending a pic of broker screen with IMEI code. I told the tech support agent to hold on the chat as Im sending the photo.

Yep. I can't get it to work anymore either. Was working fine up until Saturday sometime. Now even if I type in a single letter (can be anything), it immediately tells me the trade up service is temporarily unavailable.. for over a day. Multiple browsers, codes, etc.
Online chat mysteriously ended the chat once I told them I'd already reinstalled the app and created new (non-working) codes.
