Been looking for a decent office chair and went to my trusted source for all things, OzBargain. Just missed out on a few sale on the Steelcase but seen the Ergohuman mentioned a lot. Cheaper than the last sale, just ordered one. Hope this helps anyone else that's in the market for an office chair.

I confirmed with Duke Living that my chair is assembled correctly and the 42.5cm is measured from the bottom of the seat, not the top as I had measured it.
I have just received mine. It looks like they have put the wrong screws in. The guide states the chair needs M8 x 17 and M10 x 15 but theyve included M8 x 22 and M8 x 15. Did anyone else have this or could confirm if they received the correct M8 x 17 and M10 x 15 screws?
Thanks!
I received the correct screws and a spare of each. They came in a blister pack with a hex tool. The headrest came with another 2 screws + 1 spare and it's own hex tool in a plastic bag.
Yeah, I received a plastic pack with screws and hex tool. The screws don't fit and they aren't the same size as in the manual. I have dropped them an email.
Anyone in Sydney CBD received their order? Been 3 days in the loading bay awaiting delivery
Yup. Its currently sitting on my floor in bits because i dont have the correct screws haha. I was hoping i messed up and had brain fart but ive trippled checked.
that sucks, gives me reservation about ordering from MyDeal again. Allied Express not the best either cant even give me an ETA
First time ordering through mydeal too. Not a great start. Ive had no response from my support email i lodged yesterday. Ill be interested to see how fast the turnaround and resolution is. I really needed this chair asap because i am having some posture issues with my current chair. I'll feedback the outcome.
Finally arrived. First impression it feels solid. Didnt notice any armrest issues so far. material feels good enough, not as lux as other brands. Overall happy with the purchase

I just assembled mine and have found the seat doesn't go low enough. Measured from the side, the seat measures 51cm from ground at it's highest point. In the middle it's a bit lower but not by much. I'm 6'1"/183cm and it's OK for me but not my wife.
Specs above say it should go down to 42.5cm. Gas lift seems to be inserted correctly and swivels around smooth and straight. The bottom of the gas lift is 2.9cm off ground.
Could someone please measure theirs?
