    Had a bingle, they were pretty good with the whole process. I was expecting poor service tbh, but happy with it all.

    Let it auto-renew as with a new quote it was significantly more expensive with them and other insurers. Happy to save a few hundred and not get the $100 bonus gift.

      Tip for next time: Call them to stop the auto-renewal and then reapply for a new quote to get the Bonus gift.

      I would suspect you would have to put in a cancellation request for your existing comprehensive insurance.
      On the day of the expiry, sign up to a new insurance, provided its before the 15 August.

    Are the points only for when you choose Drive Less Pay Less option? I don't see the points when I choose the other option.

      The way it was worded is for New Comprehensive Car Insurance Policy, so shouldn't just be for Drive Less Pay Less.

    So you basically have to pay 2 installments to get the reward, because they don't refund any amount and it takes 45 days to get reward, is that correct?
    Also how long do I have to wait if I was a woolies insurance customer previously?
