for your reference ( https://www.speedtest.net/result/11749015839 ) the speed of optus (amaysim) is ok in my area, with signal -85dbm, from mid-night to morning download is 29-37Mbps, lunch 25-40Mbps, about 5-9pm 8-15Mbps. upload speed is 8-20Mbps. Vodafone (kogan) signal is -97dbm and 1.5x-2.5x faster than optus (only down side is all vodafone network cannot use FTP over TLS) and Telstra (boost) signal is -104dbm but don't know why they limited to 10Mbps for download speed. So most of my housemate stay with kogan and your area maybe difference case, if you try out different providers. enjoy :)

SIM cards must be activated within 30 days of purchase and they also say services activated on SIM Cards not sent directly by Amaysim (such as $2 SIM Cards purchased at supermarkets, convenience stores etc) will not work with cashback.
IE you have to wait for the sim they send you

Amaysim have decided to change the rates with Shopback to $14 cashback
Anyone who purchased until now (1:45PM) will have their order honored - it will be manually updated from $14 to $35 in the next 24 hours.
From now on it is $14 Cashback with Shopback & also $14 at Cashrewards
So the deal now is 200GB SIM for $6 after cashback, which is still pretty good.
