free if you know how to run a Emulator and roms on ur pc

    • Agree, but for those who don't like to blur the lines of theft, this is a good deal.

Umm, I think you'll find that Sega are the owners of this IP. You seem to know a bit about playing 30 year old obsolete games based on your above comment.

So you think it should’ve been given away for free? Never mind the cost that went into its development, I suppose.

People like you give PC gaming in general a bad name, I hope you know that.

This is a console release, being able to emulate them on "ur" PC is irrelevant.

You can also emulate these on XB1/XSX through dev mode, but don't pretend like emulating games you can buy directly from the publisher isn't piracy.

You can emulate Switch games on Yuzu, but if you're getting them 'free on ur pc', it is piracy.

Some of us just love to have that system that runs everything from the xbox and couch.

I got the shield that does all emulation the mini nes snes ps1 but still prefer the xbox.

      It's not free, it's pirate.

Better yet, I have Retro Arch on my Xbox. I got Sonic 3 and OutRun with it too lmao, God I wish OutRun was included in any of these compilations.

Edit: I also bought the Sonic / Sega comp on PS2. Then on PS3. Then on 360. Then on Nintendo Switch. Then one time way after Kmart stopped selling games I saw a copy of it on PSP for a dollar and I had to. Plus I bought a bunch of the "3D Classics" ones on 3DS like OutRun, Sonic 1/2, Altered Beast, and some others. So I don't feel bad at all about loading Mega Drive ROMs onto LITERALLY anything that can, my daughter's basic little Amazon Fire Stick has all the greats too lmao, some play surprisingly good with the included tele remote too.

      Edit 2: Mini brag, I forgot, I platinum'd the PS3 set back in 2017 https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/472-sega-mega-drive-ultimat…

    This is a great collection.

It has a review feature that allows a play through to be far less frustrating, allowing you to focus on finishing each game.

Is there anyway to find the list of games included in these.

  • I got the genesis mini for 89 from kogan, and the kids favourite game is now streets of rage 2. Their second favourite is golden axe. That doesn't have the sequels, so this is an easy purchase for 15 bucks. It's just too bad it doesn't run on 360 or I could play it in different rooms

  • Altered Beast seals the deal for me…………………………

  • Not sure why this is marked as expired, I just bought it and says there 18 hours to go

I wasn't sure if "1 day left" meant it was expiring yesterday (19th) or today, so I had the expiry as yesterday just in case. Fixed.
