Got a few bags last time. Crumbly and tasteless by itself but perfect for calssic fried rice.

Just like OP loves it
It's even like this on the listing lol
$2 1kg too expensive.
and too many carbs.
Country of Origin: Australia
Growing rice in the driest inhabited continent on earth is
a bitsilly.It's not from Africa.
No bold I see. Seems you're unsure of yourself.
It's estimated that every $1 of rice production equates to $4 in flow on economic activity. Most of the rice grown in Australia is concentrated in the Murrumbidgee and Murray valleys of southern New South Wales. Small areas of rice are also grown in North Victoria and Northern Queensland.
Pedant - Antarctica officially driest continent (it never rains liquid water) and is inhabited all year round.
I was watching a documentary recently on floodplain harvesting, and it's pretty much why a lot of our shit is so poorly grown now or we can't even produce as much.
I think the bottom line is, corrupted government letting people hoard water in private dams, and often or not these dams are created and owned by someone in China. Also the large amount of the water goes towards cotton farms, and the cotton gets sold back overseas. Basically the usual, our beloved members of the Australian government shafting the country.
But hey who cares about food security right?
People vote in leaders who have the same ideals. Says a lot about the general voting public
Voting in Australia is pointless…I'm sure some people will tell you otherwise but being fined for not voting is enough evidence.
This rice is so bad, I wouldn't even get it if it were free
What's a good rice?
Just get the sunrice medium grain even it's on special, good for everything.. the 10kg bags go for $16 fairly often and lasts for ages.
brown and jasmine rice are good too. Jasmine good when it's half price ($8 for 5kg I think, waiting for some of this)
Looks like price is the same at Woolies.
