I don't think they allow to combine with the latitude pay offer. And this spend 75 get 15 off is also limited to the items in the specified event. Happy to be proven wrong on both notes though! (based on previous experiences)
They dont control Latitude offer I think, from what I read on Latitude discount is applied at the Latitude pay schedule.
