wtf I bought a different item with the PFINAL40 code and the item was refunded but it won't let me use the code on a different item now (even though the code shows up as available in my ebay summary).

  Codes are one time use on eBay for the most part, even with refunds. But if you message and get a nice enough consultant they may put a voucher in your account
