Totally agree. Nearly everything I have bought has broken or is of very low quality and becomes landfill. Only good thing I bought was an electric chainsaw, yet it came with no oil!
to my surprise I bought a heated clothing rack a few months back on a whim that it was a interesting product, that I had trouble finding anywhere else. It has been great, sturdy and works flawlessly.. But the shipping and customer service was so intolerable that even though I want another one for a family member I can never bring myself to buying it through the site again..

It's an offer that COTD ran a while ago. They basically gave out free store credit I think.

So basically you pay delivery fees once with your order then you return something you didn't order and you pay again delivery fees.

lol i just saw the cotd acer netbook debacle on wp. shipping 3 cell battery instead of 6 cell.
this is really deceptive marketing, the heavily inflated shipping fees remove the value from most items - I grabbed a 12v car charger to go with an item I was planning to get anyway as it only added another $3
