  • Eligible and signed up (have previously used a Amazon trial but would have been more than 12 months ago), still waiting for the promo code a few hours later and 'welcome15' not working for me (yet?). Hopefully it comes through before all the good prime day deals sell out

      • Did you get the email initially, or did you click through from here?

        I clicked through from OzBargain and it said I was eligible, but if you read the T&C's it says that "eligible customers who received the marketing email are eligible for this promotion". I never got that email, so I'm not really expecting it to come through. I'll be happy if it does though.

        • Still nothing after circa 8 hours - I clicked through from Ozbargain but I also have the email (in hindsight probably should have used that link instead)

          • @ReadDeadRedemption: Hmmm that's interesting since you got the email and everything. It did also say within 24 hours in the T&C's, which seems rather slow for Amazon actually. Hopefully it comes through for you shortly.

            • @meteoraman2: Support were very insistent I never got the original offer email, however after forwarding them a copy of it they manually applied a $10 credit to my account.

    Got the email, but no credit will 'automatically' apply, no matter what product I'm trying to buy.

    Just contacted CS, they said I will get another email. Complained and told them this is very misleading and confusing. At the end got the 10$ manually applied from them.

    Hope this will help someone.
