Must be accessed via app by logging into your account first then the Rewards portal. I'm with GU Health so the process may be different with nib. This may also be a good FYI for those on GU Health who didn't know about the Rewards section, as they were acquired by nib not too long ago which gave GU Health members access to the same rewards as nib.
There is a 1% credit/debit card surcharge fee which is unavoidable, but this fee is applied to the discounted rate.
