  Fleece is typically polyester. Polyester contributes massively to microplastics in the ocean and everywhere else really.

  I have a lot of it (we all do) but I am weaning off it now.

    I bought this couple weeks ago and no timers. I just turn it to 3 before bed for 30mins and switch off when I actually go to sleep.
