  • I enjoy the $10 off from time to time at Woolies, since I switched back to $ instead of Qantas points (when shutdowns started).

Anyone know if Qantas points are worth more than Woolies discount?

      it's the same really, 2000 woolies points = $10 / 1,000FF and FF typically go at the rate of $0.01/FF so 1,000 = $10

I used to have $ active but since lockdown i've switched to FF points because if you don't earn any FF points in an 18 month period you lose them all, so this is an easy way to keep the points trickling in and the account up to date.

Just change it to QFF now and then back to Woolies points in a month or so.

I do that once a year to keep my QFF points alive while I can't travel.

      • I use Qantas wellbeing app to keep them rolling

  • Just note that it will convert all your current Woolies points to QFF points… I did it this morning and within an hour of making the change, all my points were converted to QFF. Not sure if this is happening to anyone else or if I had a slightly different promo.

    • The thanks for the warning, I’ll make sure I spend it first.

    • I got caught out with that earlier today.
Had 6000 points, ($30) and 1500 points not quite at 2000.
Thought it would only tick over at the 2000 WW points mark, but converted all the 6000 WW to 3000 QFF points.
I would have preferred to have the $30 to spend at Woolies.

  • Doesn't say whether you get the 1000 or the 250 attune of conversion….
I feel lured in by the 1000, but only expecting 250

  • Got my 1000 points yesterday.
