Just bought one of these at Bunnings, Pretty decent size fire extinguisher for around $35.

    Could anyone recommend some non-wired smoke detectors to install in the garage and other areas? We already have 2 x wired ones compliant smoke alarms in the house, just looking for some additional ones to DIY.

      Literally anything would do the job.

      If you want something fancy, the Nest Protect ones link themselves together & can be monitored remotely.
