      Aliexpress dispute process is ridiculous. Waited for 3 months for an ordered item to come and now has 1 week exceeded the expected delivery date. It told me to wait for another month for the item be delivered even the tracking details is clearly showing the item has not been posted yet.

        All my disputes were settled within a few days but none were about shipping. For shipping, I have always contacted the seller first to find out what was going on and they have mostly been very proactive in resolving or following up with the freight company.
