I find this the best wash for little ones, gentle and actually cleans without the strong smell some other washes have. Doesn't go on sale that often.
Also available qv baby moisturising cream https://amzn.asia/d/bJcNYo0

How do I get the additional 10% off with Everyday Extra?
In the app, hidden away somewhere is a code. It's a generic code that can be used in big W also.
When you scan your card in store, it'll ask you if you want to use your 10% off. You can only do this once a month, so save it for your biggest shop.
This is going back a little bit but I'm pretty certain this is the exact same formula as the adult wash. Save your money and buy the 1.25l pack at chemist warehouse. The only difference is this is meant to be easy to find in the baby aisle.
Thanks for the tip
Not all hero's wear capes Cheers mate!
Not all hero's wear undies outside
I've tried and tested the Gentle Adult wash over the last 6 months and no irritation bubs skin to report :)
Differences:
QV Gentle Wash 1.2kg:
Contains Methylparaben and Propylparaben as preservatives.
Does not include Niacinamide (Vitamin B3).
QV Baby Gentle Wash 500ml:
Includes Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), which helps maintain the skin barrier and reduce sensitivity.
Uses Methylparaben and Ethylparaben as preservatives.
Thanks, looks like they've made some slight tweaks to justify the difference now…I remember reading an faq on their website that stated there was no difference in formulation. Still says this for the oil with the addition of vitamin E. I also remember the rep saying it's the same product but easier to find with other baby items. I'll stick with adult but if I was paying more I'd try find one without parabens ideally.
Parabens are completely safe
@tenpercent: That’s an in vitro study, which reflects little to none of what the impacts are on a human body via skincare products:
“it needs to be determined under which conditions low micromolar concentrations of these parabens or their mixtures can occur in target cells to effectively disturb estrogen effects in vivo”.
Michelle Wong has a really good write up on this issue, her stuff is generally very informative: https://labmuffin.com/should-you-be-avoiding-parabens-the-sc…
@BepisCola: TL;DR: there's just not enough evidence and not all the required experimentation has been done to make a solid conclusion that parabens are or are not safe… and in conclusion keep using that DDT thalidomide parabens until the science catches up coz only then is 'not safe'.
…So not "completely safe".
@tenpercent: People generally think of water or salt as completely safe. You can die from ingesting too much of either. Perhaps you’re right that it was the wrong choice of words.
There is no evidence of any adverse effects from use of parabens on humans and they’ve been used for many many years at this point… Feel free to avoid them if you’d like. You’ll most likely be using far less researched preservatives instead.

Could be nothing?
@tonester: No sorry necessary.
No. I would presume there are many chemicals, which exhibit estrogenic effects, have had some impact on sperm counts.
@tenpercent: then how/why are you presuming that parabens have had a significant effect, to raise such a question, in which your source makes no mention of them?
@tonester: So according to you,
actually means "it has a significant effect"?
Why would you not interpret it as "it could have some effect"?
I did not imply it. You infered it.
You need to tone down the inferences. Don't be so extreme.
@tenpercent: to raise such a question, in which your source makes no mention of them, you must be presuming that parabens have had a significant effect - a statistically significant effect - if not, then why else do so?
@tonester: You keep saying that I'm implying and that I'm presuming but you keep linking back to your own post where you are the one inferring.
And you've now cleverly twisted what you were saying from "sigificant effect" to "statistically significant effect".
This is what you originally said:
then how/why are you presuming that parabens have had a significant effect…
And this is what even the AI gods (and anyone being honest or having at least 6th grader's reading comprehension would) say about it:
In the context of this conversation, the phrase "significant effect" is likely referring to material significance, rather than statistical significance.
Material significance implies a noticeable or substantial impact, whereas statistical significance refers to a specific level of confidence in a statistical analysis. In this conversation, the authors are discussing the potential health effects of parabens, and the phrase "significant effect" is being used to convey a material or practical concern, rather than a statistically proven correlation.
And this is what even the AI gods (and anyone being honest or having at least 6th grader's reading comprehension would) say about it:
what did they say about you questioning a statement with a source that makes no mention of the subject?
more than happy for you to interpret significance as material or statistical :)
either way, if you're not presuming that parabens have had a significant effect, then how/why did you raise such a question?
@tonester: You have linked back to your own comment again where YOU are implying.
I am not presuming anything.
Similarly I don't presume that I will get into a car crash every time I go for a drive, but I still buckle up and have air bags. Nor do I.presume the bullet will be in the chamber while playing Russian roulette, but I still don't play it just in case.
I'm not sure why you are obsessed with my thought processes. Maybe you can do your own research and then make an informed decision for yourself and your family.
In case your research skills are as lacking as your reading comprehension, here's a head start:

either way, if you're not presuming that parabens have had a significant effect, then how/why did you raise such a question?
not obsessed, merely asking for the rationale behind your question/comment, which you're seemingly avoiding to give :(
@tonester: You should be able to infer everything you want to know from my previous comment and this one
(and this)
I don't know what a latex topped mattress has to do with this conversation. Care to explain?
i incorrectly inferred from @BepisCola :(
Indeed, BepisCola is utterly wrong in this instance since there is plenty of evidence, some of which I linked to in this comment, of
The niacinamide has no benefit in a wash as you, well, wash it off. It's got to stay on skin.
I came here to say this too.
1.25kg for $19 at chemist warehouse.
I use it to wash my face.
Kids use it as their body wash.
Wife uses it for her lady bits.
TMI
Naaah 1.25kg for $19 at chemist warehouse is published online.
Good value too.
Damn already bought from woolies , moisture
This has replaced my face wash 😂 I now buy for myself after kids have grown up..
The baby oil is also on sale
Nice try Diddy
Anyone who buys a lot of QV products (we get their body wash, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant and moisturiser) should have a look at installing their app.
It's one of very few 'product' apps that I would bother installing, but over the last 18 months or so, I've had more than $50 cash back from them, deposited straight into my bank account.
Agree - I’ve racked up $105 (although it’s been a couple of years)
I just downloaded the app. How back can I go in uploading receipts?
And a reminder they have a refer a friend program so use the ozbargin referral link if signing up
Thanks.
Never knew about it.
Great timing too. I purchased a QV product last night. Fortunately I asked for a receipt and didn't throw it out.
