    I don’t think you get a snack:

    Change to onboard food and drink offering
    As of 25 March 2021, we have updated our food and drink offering on all flights. Guests who have purchased an Economy fare will continue to receive complimentary water, with tea and coffee also provided. Complimentary food will no longer be provided to guests who purchase our Economy class fares. A variety of food and drinks will be available for purchase from our onboard menu. Business class guests will be offered a plated meal from our new Business class menu.

      Flew Sydney-Adelaide return; apart from the absence of the complimentary snack and juice, and Wifi, seems the same otherwise

      The only difference I might notice is reducing the already very limited drink selection to water. The snacks were always paltry (bordering on farcical), and I've never used wifi on a short flight.

      If you want a snack just ask for one and they'll probably give it to you. If you booked a flight prior to the changes, you would have gotten an email saying:-

      We understand you have purchased a fare inclusive of a complimentary snack. If you would still like to receive a snack, please make yourself known to cabin crew once on board and they will be able to assist.

      I had a flight where I was entitled to a snack but didn't bother asking for it. The person next to me asked for it and it was given no questions asked.

      Can't imagine they'd bother interrogating anyone over a snack. Usually they're just trying to get through the service as efficiently as possible.

      Hi - I checked StudentUniverse and out of 3 different dates, I got the same "We are sorry but the price has increased by $107" issue that you had. The other 2 were fine at $255.

      I have contacted StudentUniverse to see what they can do about it. In the meantime, perhaps book with Aunt Betty at $260 return.

      Both companies are owned by Flight Centre, incidentally.
