What a mammoth effort OP in collating that info. Sounds like a great deal. Any insights into the service from SQ these days? …are the glory days of The Singapore Girl still with us? Singapore Sling cocktails graciously prepared and served to economy/2nd class passengers?

  Flew SQ to/from Hong Kong with a stopover in SG in October and can report Sling's are still available on request as part of the drinks menu in Economy.

  Singapore is one of the best and for good reason. I hope they never give in to the trends that the likes of Fiji Airways and now Air Canada are doing and selling tickets without baggage included - so much for 'full service' airline.

When I search for dates via Singapore Airlines site, it is higher than via IWantThatFlight.
How does that work? When I select the cheaper flight via IWTF and click the link to go to Singapore Airlines, it's then cheaper?

Flew with Singapore Airlines last year and they were excellent. So glad they fly direct from Adelaide too. Makes life easier. Take notice Qantas.
