      • +2

I did not neg you, you might be right but I'm not willing to spend more than $200 on a phone that I will drop or lose

Since when RRP Price for HTC Wildfire S is $539.00?

  • +2

I really want to try a N9. I was really impressed with it when I briefly played with one in a vodafone store.. but $535 is still too much for a OS thats essentially dead and with little support.

    • What price would you like to see?

      • Hit the < $500 mark and we'll talk :P

        • +1

I can get to as low as $525 Delivered. Will make adjustments now.

        • +8

oh man uniquemobiles you should stop talking about votes or you will be banned.

and i dont want to see that!!! :)

How much for the samsung Note 7000?

    • +1

Buy N9 and install Android. :-)

      • How do you do that?

      • MeeGo is a nice OS, just no apps & you'll be luck to see anything after PR1.3 (three updates).

I love my N9, has a few issues but it's the best phone I've owned.

  • Can you beat MobiCity on the Motorla RAZR? That's my dream phone at the moment but price is outta my range…

Any chance of another Optimus 7 or Windowns Phone 7 deal? Impressed with the one I got my gf last week, so hoping to purchase another soon.

  • What I really want to see is deals on the galaxy nexus and galaxy s2. may be the galaxy tab 7.7 also?

    • Also keen on galaxy nexus…. :D

    • Xoom as well

      • :)

        • +1

I am struggling to get any support from Suppliers on Samsung which is why no offer has been posted, Galaxy Nexus best price I could do for Aussie stock would be $669

        • What about the galaxy tab 7.7? really looking to get that. cheapest was the Myer special for $450

      • Yes, I wish they can do xoom better than $299 for wifi version.

hi,how is N9 a bargain? using shopbot.com.au the price seems regular. for example http://www.eglobaldigitalcameras.com.au/nokia-n9-16gb-unlock… have it for 426 and even superfast shipping won't be $100.

    • +2

Some people prefer Aus Stock = local warranty.
I don't think the link you provide is aus stock.

      • -1

Thanks for an update, but how this can benefit me in case with unique mobiles? If I buy from local shop and something is wrong I can take it back to the shop and get a new one or a refund. In case I buy something from interstate with delivery I'll have to deal with some repair shop locally and that would be the same if I buy from any Aus company over the phone or internet. And in case with better price I'll have spare money for a few cartons of beer to enjoy while my phone is being repaired. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

  • +1

Is not all Aussie stock still imported? Or are all those phones made in OZ? I must be blind as I have never seen any factories here. :-)

    • Official Australian Stock carries the Atick Symbol, Without the Atick Manufacture Warranty is void.

      • -1

this is only for extended 24 month warranty for phones purchased on or after the 31 March 2011 (except vodaphone), standard 12 months warranty is good for any nokia that was legally bought anywhere in the world.

    • +1

At best, it is only assembled in Australia with the "meets Australian standards" tick. If not for the local warranty, "Australian stock" means nothing at all as even the grey import stock for companies like Nokia, Samsung automatically meets Australian standards. No phone company has any manufacturing plants here so if you are ready to forgo the local warranty by saving up on GST then go for it.

  • what's your best suggestion that can meet my criteria:

Qwerty Keypad best if its a slide under the phone ones.

    Android (sick of Nokia)

    CHEAP looking at <200.

Thanks to anyone that can help in making my decision.

  • Isnt the Wildfire S $149 at Telstra? Not meaning to be rude, but beating Telstra by $4 is hardly a great effort!

    • $4 is still good. It's better than nothing.

    • +2

      its locked at telstra
