No, it was $289 during the recent eBay deal. Could potentially get it lower here with a discount code though.
Thanks. Prefer the 4K over the 75Hz that is currently on sale (with lots of up votes).
But will wait for this to be around $280.
Please no more monitors Keanu :)
Would this be good for a ps5? Or should I just run it through my 1440p monitor.
For PS5, I recommend 30” or your living room TV.
Bigger and better for Ps5Should be fine the image is very sharp. Don't know if it will detect the HDR. Windows does.
PS4 detects the HDR, you would think PS5 would too.
Great with my ps5
I got this recently as a WFH monitor, upgrading from an old cheap 1080p.
Pros:
- HDCP 2.2
- Good colourCons:
- Doesn't come pre-calibrated.
- Not backlit properly on the far left and right of the screen. At normal viewing distances you see a dark gradient and the far pixels can be invisible, or at least you get a bad stereoscopic effect.
- Pretty average response times on Normal. Changing to "Fast" results in bad grey-to-grey artefacts when scrolling. Didn't bother seeing how bad Extreme is.
- The stand is awful. If the S version isn't on special, find yourself a VESA mount.Although lots of cons, I'm still pretty happy with 4k for this price.
Can confirm the backlight issue on mine. Stand is good enough for what I need though.
Note this is the Q version, not QS with the adjustable stand… not such a great price for the Q version
Yes shouldn't be considered a bargain, considering the DS version was on sale for $313 only a few days ago.
Is it possible to connect two of these together? I see on this page 4k is limited to one at this resolution. https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-au/000128707/how-to-da…
No, S2721Q or QS doesn't support SMT, or another name, daisy chain.
Need your computer to support dual monitors (at least), or add a docking station with dual monitor support.
Assume docking stations are not cheap at the moment with dual 4K60hz support.
You need to get Dell Docking Station:

Historical low?
