Seems to be a good deal. But none has been sold any since the 19th of March. Maybe because there are no comprehensive reviews of this model. If you know a good link, please post it here.

the GPU has max TPG of 95 (90 + 5 dynamic boost) which looks to be on the mid/low end of RTX3060s.

  No that's the previous generation model A15. They fixed a lot of the thermal issues with the chassis on this version.
